East Emerges Victorious
A steady, well-balanced attack led the Eastern Conference to a 125-115 win over the West in the 54th NBA All-Star Game on Sunday in Denver. MVP Allen Iverson scored 15 points and dished out 10 assists, and Jermaine O'Neal also scored 15 points for the winners. Dwyane Wade added 14 points in his first All-Star Game and LeBron James tallied 13 points, eight assists and six rebounds in his All-Star debut. Ray Allen scored 17 points to lead the West, which had won the past three contests.

Hometown Heroes in 2004
Behind a combined 44 points from host-city stars Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant, the West All-Stars edged the East in a 136-132 classic at Los Angeles in 2004. O'Neal, who also hauled in 11 rebounds, took home MVP honors. Jamaal Magloire's 19 points led the East while Jason Kidd shined with 14 points and 10 assists.
