Celtics Crush Grizzlies on Super Bowl Sunday
KG Leads Balanced C's
The Celtics tipped off Super Bowl Sunday with a dominant performance against the Grizzlies, winning 98-80 at TD Garden. Kevin Garnett fueled the win with game highs of 24 points and nine boards.
Boston was without sixth man Brandon Bass (knee), but that didn't matter much today. Chris Wilcox (12 points, five rebounds) and JaJuan Johnson (10 points, four boards, two blocks) stepped in and delivered the goods to aid the C's to victory.
